Incident Description

According to Wikipedia and D&C an individual was shot multiple times and survived after a high speed chase and shootout with police according to D&C. The individual filed an excessive use of force suit against Gorman, Balch and Rizzo and the officers moved for summary judgement and Individual did not respond to the motion. The motion was granted and complain dismissed.
