Incident Description
As part of the Greater Rochester Are Narcotics Enforcement Team, Havill and other officers shot (allegedly returning fire) at suspects in a drug raid on Burbank Street in Rochester. Two suspects were injured.
Outcome
shootings were found to be justified.
