Description | Marcus Worthy was subjected to excessive force, false arrest, malicious prosecution, and abuse of process by Buffalo Police Officers Corey Krug, William Macy, Thomas Herbert, and Joseph Paskiewicz on August 29, 2010. At the time, Worthy, a licensed security guard trainee with a valid pistol permit, was standing outside a residence when the officers arrived in response to an unrelated incident.
