Description

Issac Parker's sport utility vehicle was pulled over by Buffalo police officers Kenneth Agee and Jared Domaracki on December 6th, 2012 for a faulty headlight. Officer Agee and his partner, Domaracki, suspected Parker was intoxicated. According to police, Domaracki reached in through the driver's side window to turn off the ignition, and Parker allegedly hit the accelerator and took off down Fillmore. Agee shot Parker once in the right side, kiilling him. Parker continued on Fillmore before crashing into three street light poles, one of which fell on Ida Murphy, killing her.

A wrongful death lawsuit was filed by the Estate of Ida Murphy and was settled for $125,000. A wrongful death lawsuit was filed by the Estate of Issac Parker and was settled for $50,000.
