No. 142), which denied the Defendants, City of Buffalo, City of Buffalo Police Department P.O. Justin Tedesco, Buffalo Police Department P.O. Joseph Acquino, and Police Commissioner Daniel Derenda’s, (“City Defendants”) motion for summary judgment (Dkt. No. 107).
